Shady Grove is a destination! Yes - you find at pop-ups and events all over Ohio (and sometimes PA), but we've been working extremely hard to get the farm ready so that you, too, can experience everything that is Shady Grove! We are located in rural Carroll County, OH with our two giant dogs (Wilhelm and Ellis), our cat (Jasper), too many goats (Rosemary, Oreo, Mabel, and Pepper), and a bunch of chickens!

Our Farm Stand is open 24/7, 365 days a year where you can find fresh eggs, seasonal produce, and some of our super amazing plants (when it's warm enough). Our greenhouses are open seasonally and during special events (make sure you are following us on social media so that you don't miss a date!). Are you a wholesale customer? We are also the makers of Shady Grove Candle Co. Candles and Shadystone pots! Shady Grove Candle Co started in 2007 with the desire for cleaner burning, plant based candles. Shadystone pots? Well that came about a few years later with the NEED for containers that could mimic the porosity of terra cotta, were extremely strong and durable, had DRAINAGE, and would develop an AMAZING patina over time.

Let's not forget about Shady Grove Greenhouse - what started it all! It began as a small business selling extra vegetable plants (if you know Heather, she can't just plant 5 tomato plants - she has to plant at least 250!). It soon turned into the areas most unique and exotic collection of ALL kinds of plants - cacti, succulents, houseplants, and vegetables/herbs that you can't find just anywhere. Of course we still carry the common items that everyone wants and needs!
