White Sage Smudge Stick With Holder

Sage has been used by many cultures for thousands of years for cleansing and purification through ritual burning. White Sage is thought to clear energy, restore balance, purify the spirit, and to protect. The addition of rose petals is thought to stimulate love, passion, sensuality and a feeling of peace.

Each stick measures approximately 3/4”-1” wide x 6” long.

This is an all-natural product, there are no preservatives, additives, or scents added. It has a wonderfully beautiful scent of it’s own.

DIRECTIONS:
1. Open a few windows or doors to eliminate excess smoke.
2. Light your sage stick over a flame-resistant bowl until you reach a small flame.
3. Once you have a small flame, hold your sage stick over the flame-resistant bowl and blow gently on the flame until it goes out.
4. The sage will then begin to smoke gently like incense and you may begin to smudge the desired area or individual.
